A Georgia man has been extradited back to Tennessee following a Campbell County Grand Jury indictment.

Last week, Roger Lee Rich, 48, Tunnel Hill, GA., was booked in at the Campbell County Jail at Jacksboro on 11 charges. He was being held in a Georgia jail prior to being brought back to Tennessee, court records show.

The charges included three counts of rape, four counts of rape by an authority figure, three counts of incest and one count of sexual battery by an authority figure.

It was alleged in the indictment that Rich had committed the crimes while living in Tennessee over a two month time span in 2017.

He will be arraigned in criminal court on Monday, July 23.

Rich remains in the county jail this morning on a $100,000 bond.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/25/2018-6AM)
