Reports coming in to WLAF News this morning are that a van, with an occupant, ended up in Norris Lake Tuesday night.  Officials tell WLAF that around 10 pm a woman was pulled from a van that went into the lake at the ramp at Powell Valley Marina.  CPR was performed.  According to officials, the woman did not survive.
