Some calls immediately have you thinking the worst.  That was the case this morning when the call of a teenager on a bicycle being hit by a car was announced by E-911 Dispatch.

Just before 11 am, First Responders raced to the corner of East Central Avenue and South 8th Street in La Follette (at the Senior Center).  In the end, all was OK.  The young man on the bike was soon up and walking about.  One EMT tells WLAF that there were no broken bones or serious injuries to the youngster.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/04/2018-11:30AM)
