Eight total indictments were returned this morning by the Campbell County Grand Jury.      Preston Phillips, Melody Harmon, Tina Whaley, Carla Gibson and Brittani Carr were all indicted on DUI charges (driving under the influence).  Carr was also indicted for possess of a schedule IV with intent to sell.

Also indicted: 

Scarlett Bowman for theft under $1,000 and aggravated burglary.

Boyd Phillips evading arrest and reckless endangerment

All eight people will be arraigned on Monday, December 17, 2018, at 8:30 am at the Campbell County Court House.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/28/2018-2PM)
