Saturday morning, sandwiched between the Santa Trot 5K and the Christmas Parade, La Follette took care of some business.   At 11:30 am, on the first day of December, Mark Hoskins and Ann Thompson were each sworn in to serve a four-year term on city council for La Follette.  Hoskins was elected for the first time.  Thompson was elected a second time after being first elected in 2014.  Her service began in early 2014 when she was appointed to finish out a council term.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/03/2018-6AM)
