Colin Monday’s time on WLAF’s Crime Stoppers lasted about three-hours before someone tipped off deputies of his whereabouts.  According to Sergeant Josh Vann with the Campbell County Sheriff’s Department, soon after Colin Monday was announced as this week’s most wanted on Crime Stoppers, an anonymous caller told officers where Monday was this morning.  Detective Sergeant John Long and deputies converged on a business on Industrial Parkway near the National Guard Armory at Jacksboro where Monday was said to be working.  Deputy Isaac Phillips arrested Monday without incident at 9:07 am on Thursday.

Monday of Caryville was wanted on multiple charges that include false imprisonment, domestic assault and theft under $1,000, according to reports. The 22-year old Monday has 12 book-ins to date at the Campbell County Jail counting Thursday’s booking.

Monday made his $50,000 bond and was released Thursday evening from the county jail.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/14/2018-6AM)

  1. So….you found him at his job? ….. where he works…after someone called and said he reported to work that day. Is that not somewhere that the police officers would look before listing him at “most wanted” like he was trying to evade arrest.
