The following indictments were returned by the newly seated Campbell County Grand Jury on Wednesday.  They will be arraigned in criminal court on Monday, Jan. 28 at 8:30 am.

-Gilbert Keller II  – DUI

-Ronnie Albertini – evading arrest

-Rex Gosnell Jr. – DUI

-Kelly Keathley – resisting arrest

-Gary Monday Jr. – DUI

-Ray Roark Jr. – vandalism under $1,000

-Jeff Courtney – aggravated domestic assault, false report

-Penny Hatmaker – three counts aggravated assault, eight counts of reckless endangerment

-Cory Whaley – DUI

-Kathy Riseden – DUI

-Kenneth Silcox – domestic assault, assault

-Larry Thacker – resisting arrest, failure to appear

-Samuel Franklin – four counts aggravated burglary, three counts theft over $2,500, vandalism over $1,000, two counts vandalism under $10,000, two burglary, vandalism over $500, theft over $10,000, theft under $1,000
