Applications for grants from the Campbell Enhancement Fund (CEF), an affiliate fund of East Tennessee Foundation (ETF), are now being accepted.     Nonprofit organizations, schools, and units of government that are located in or serve residents of Campbell County are strongly encouraged to submit proposals.  Preference will be given to proposals which support one or more of these priorities:

Applications must be submitted online to ETF no later than February 15, 2019.  Grant awards will primarily range from $500 to $2,500.  One-year grants will be awarded with a start date of June 1, 2019.

An overview of the application process and access to the application are available online HERE.

In 1999, the Campbell Enhancement Fund (CEF) was established through the generous gifts of time, vision and resources of a group of Campbell County residents committed to strengthening communities and improving the quality of life in their county.   CEF serves as Campbell County’s own community foundation.  Financial resources are collected and distributed throughout Campbell County and monies contributed to CEF benefit only Campbell County and its citizens.
