On Monday, January 28, 2019, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found seven Campbell Countians in violation of their supervised release.     He remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody.

They are:

Matthew Kane Veach, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Simple Possession, Reckless Aggravated Assault, and two counts of Evading Arrest, and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Cleveland Shoupes, Jr., of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Evading Arrest, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Carlo Wilder, of LaFollette, had previously plead to Assault, Felony FTA and Driving on Suspended, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Michael David Curtis, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to two counts of Burglary, and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Wayne Edward Byrd, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Theft of Property over $1,000.00, and received a suspended sentence of 8 years supervised by TDOC.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Mary L. Sammons, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Theft of Property, and received a suspended 2 year sentence supervised by TDOC.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Mitzi Bolton, of Jellico, had previously plead guilty to Vandalism, Sale of Schedule IV and Sale of Schedule II, and in total had a suspended sentence of 5 years supervised by TDOC.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.
