The following outstanding criminal court cases were resolved last week by using plea agreements:

  • Brittany Dawn Blackwell- two counts of burglary of a motor vehicle, two counts of vandalism under $1,000, theft over $2,500, theft under $1,000; final determination to be made May 20, court costs, $150 fine, $4,800 restitution
  • Cory Ray Whaley- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend A& D assessment and follow recommendations, periodic drug screens
  • Daniel Robert Goins- possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell, violation of the HMVO; four days to serve with credit for time served, four years community corrections, court costs, $2,000 fine, $500 contribution to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Drug Fund
  • Tara Danielle Branch- possession of drug paraphernalia; three days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, court costs, $150 fine
  • Billy Joe Jeffers- violation of the sex offender registry; serve one year at 30 percent
  • Donald Lee Vaughn, Jr.- unlawful possession of a weapon by a convicted felon; four years supervised probation, forfeiture of weapon, court costs
  • Roy Lee Green, Jr.- third offense DUI, violation of the HMVO; 120 days to serve with credit for time served, three years community corrections, court costs, $1,100 fine
  • David Lawrence Franz- aggravated assault, false imprisonment; six years to serve at 75 percent with credit for time served
  • Stephen George Williams- evading arrest, felony reckless endangerment; three years to serve at 30 percent
  • Alyssa Day Brantley- introduction of contraband into a penal facility; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years community corrections, court costs
  • LaToya Daniell Dople- attempted introduction of contraband into a penal facility; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs
  • Jerry Lynn Miracle- burglary; 40 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $125 fine
  • Pamela Yvonne Ray- violation of the sexual offender registry; eight months to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $1,100 fine
  • Tamara Lowe- fraudulent use of a credit card; 33 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $75 fine, $1,292.76 restitution
  • Rodney Ray Daniels- fourth offense DUI, felony evading arrest; two years to serve at 30 percent with credit for time served , attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for eight years, attend A& D assessment and follow recommendations, periodic drug screens
  • Dustin Dewayne Metzler- possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, assault; 365 days to serve with credit for time served, three years community corrections, court costs, $2,000 fine, $1,000 contribution to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office Drug Fund
  • Dustin Dewayne Metzler- aggravated assault, kidnapping; 186 days to serve with credit for time served, four years community corrections, court costs, $4,000 restitution
  • Daniel Jay Dupee- violation of the HMVO; 20 days to serve with credit for time served, court costs
  • Ryan Wayne Daniel- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, supervised probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend A& D assessment and follow recommendations, periodic drug screens
  • Mason Sloan Austin- possession of marijuana with intent to sell; 26 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 contribution to Eighth Judicial Drug Task Force
  • Dustin Dewayne Metzler- possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell, resisting arrest; six years community corrections, court costs, $2,000 fine, $1,000 contribution to the Jellico Police Department
