Jimmy Darrell Rains of Jacksboro is free on a $15,000 bond this morning after being arrested on multiple charges on Saturday.

The 44-year- old man was pulled over not far from his home on Clear Lake Drive.  He was clocked at 70 mph in a 30 mph  zone according to the arrest report.

Rains, on this, his fifth arrest, was also charged with reckless driving, DUI, possession of untaxed liquor, felony evading arrest, resist stop frisk halt search, evading arrest and driving while suspended.

Rains was released on Monday and is scheduled to appear in court again on Thursday, April 18.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/16/2019-6AM)
