JELLICO, TN., (WLAF) – Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Dakota Williams went to Brick Plant Lane in Jellico to settle a family dispute.

When Williams arrived on June 6 at around 7:30 pm, he spoke with the victim who alleged he was woken up by a person in the home who said his cousin, later identified as Clarence Ray Perry, wanted to see him. The victim stated that once he found Perry, who had some sort of tool in his hand, the threats began. The victim said he didn’t know why Perry would do this to him, according to a report from the sheriff’s department.
Williams noted in the report the victim had cuts and bruises on his chest and back area. When Williams located Perry he allegedly stated nothing happened and didn’t know what the victim was talking about. At this point, Perry refused to say anything else and was arrested.
Perry, 41, 395 Brick Plant Lane, Jellico is charged with domestic assault. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 06/18/2019-6 AM)
