Mrs. Ruby Jeffers Blankenship, age 80, of Pioneer (Little Elk Creek Road) passed away Thursday, June 27, 2019, at the UT Medical Center at Knoxville.  Funeral services are Sunday, June 30, 2019, at the Cox and Son Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jerry Lambdin officiating.  Burial in the Douglas Cemetery.  Friends may call Sunday, June 30, 2019, from 1 pm until 3 pm at the Cox and Son Funeral Home.
