JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday, Campbell Cougar Football dressed out in full pads starting its second week of preseason practice.  This evening in the Cedar Bluff area of West Knoxville, the Cougars will tangle with the Webb Spartans in their first preseason scrimmage.  Start time is 6:30 pm.

CCHS’s home scrimmage is Thursday, Aug. 8, at 6 pm with Central.  On Friday, Aug. 16, the Cougars play Austin-East at Neyland Stadium in the KOC High School Kick-Off Classic. They play in the second quarter beginning at approximately 6:30 pm.

The Cougars open their 2019 season at home against the Cocke County Fighting Cocks, out of Newport, on Friday, Aug. 23. Kickoff is 7:30 pm with live radio, television and internet coverage over the WLAF – B & M Tires Sports Network beginning at 7 pm.
