LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – As of Friday afternoon, the Campbell County Cougars have further enhanced the Game Day atmosphere at Dossett Stadium.  Thanks to Jimmy Bradford and the folks at Short-Redmond Ford.Friday afternoon on Short-Redmond Hill, a check to purchase this gigantic football helmet (ABOVE) was presented to Cougar Head Football Coach Justin Price.  That insures the impressive helmet will sit atop Cougar Hill for the Cougars to run through as they enter the field on Game Day.

Bradford said, “This is a good thing.  We’re really glad to help.”  Price added, “For Short-Redmond Ford to make this donation, it’s a big boost to our program.  It’ll definitely add to our Friday night atmosphere.”

The helmet, with the Short-Redmond Ford logo on the front of it, makes its debut on Friday, August 23, when the Cougars open the season with Cocke County.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/02/2019-4PM)
