RB Woodard, age 95 of Jacksboro went home to be with the Lord Wednesday, September 25, 2019. He was a member of First Baptist Caryville Church. He was a Mason and a Shriner for over 50 years. RB drove children and their families to Children’s Hospital in Cincinnati. He was a highly decorated World War II Veteran and received two Bronze Stars while serving in the Philippines.

He is preceded in death by parents Charlie and Emma (May) Woodard, and brother Howard Woodard.

He is survived by wife Learlene Woodard of Jacksboro, and a host of other relatives and friends, who loved him very much.

Visitation will be 11 AM–12 PM Saturday, September 28, 2019 at First Baptist Caryville Church followed by funeral service at 12 PM with Rev. Gary Parker officiating. Following funeral service, friends and family will go in procession to New Vasper Cemetery for graveside service with Military Honors by Campbell County Honor Guard.
