JACKSBORO, TN., (WLAF)The following outstanding criminal court cases were resolved last week with the use of plea agreements:
-Anthony Chambers- possession of less than .5 grams of methamphetamine with intent to sell, felony possession of drug paraphernalia; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $2,150 fine

-Jessica R. Sheldon- introduction of contraband into penal facility, possession of meth; 45 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine
-Charles Owens, Jr.,- theft over $2,500, theft under $1,000, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; six years to serve at 35 percent wit credit for time served, $125 restitution
-Larry Wayne Thacker- resisting arrest, failure to appear, two counts of domestic assault; 99 days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days supervised probation, complete anger management class, secure transitional housing, complete mental health assessment and follow recommendations, not to be on victim’s property, court costs
-Tina Bunch Whaley- DUI; 10 days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend a MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, submit to periodic drug screens, court costs, $350 fine
-Jessica D. Collins- fourth offense DUI, possession of a schedule II controlled substance; one year, six months to serve at 30 perecnet with credit for time served
-Tammy Leah Perry- attempted tampering with evidence; 21 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs
-Monte Warren Phillips- violatiom of the sexual offender registry; one year to serve at 30 percent with credit for time served
-Terry Joseph Wallen- fifth offense DUI; 150 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, court costs, $3,000 fine
-Melody Lynette Harmon- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend a MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, court costs, $350 fine
-Bobby Wallace- possession of methamphetamine; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, three years supervised probation, forfeit $720 to the drug task force and make a $500 contribution to the drug task force, court costs, $200 fine
-Joshua David Farmer- burglary; 46 days to serve with credit for time served, four years community corrections, not to be on Wal Mart property, court costs, $75 fine, $168.51 restitution
-Cassie Faye Miller- – possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell, possession of drug paraphernalia; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, five years judicial diversion, five years supervised probation, court costs, $2,150 fine
-Amber Leann Orton- possession of a schedule V controlled substance with intent to sell, six days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $2,000 fine
-Terry David Douglas- reckless driving; six months unsupervised probation, forfeit Sig Sauer P226 handgun to the Tennessee Highway Patrol, court costs
-Ronnie Elvis Albertini- robbery; sentencing set for Jan. 2020 (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED 9/30/19 6AM)
