JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – Seven people were indicted on Wednesday morning by the Campbell County Grand Jury.  Six were indicted for driving under the influence (DUI).

 

Kenneth Bartley –  28, Jacksboro – DUI

Emily Shumate –  21, Williamsburg, KY – DUI

Amy Kerestessy –  42, La Follette – DUI

Brian Phipps – 46, Lake City – DUI, possession of schedule II meth > point-five grams and possession of drug paraphernalia

Lowell Murray –  47, La Follette – false imprisonment and criminal trespassing

Darreck Kierzek – 43, Duff – DUI

Scotty Foust –  43, Lake City -third offense DUI,  DUI (3rd over. 08), resisting arrest and violation of the open container law

Those indicted will be arraigned on Monday, Oct. 14,  8:30 am, at the Campbell County Courthouse at Jacksboro. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/03/2019-6AM)
