JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday, October 14, 2019, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Cliff Justin Ayers

Cliff Justin Ayers, of Jellico, age 36, had previously pleaded guilty to Aggravated Domestic Assault and was required to serve 30 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for three-years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Eric Spradlin

Eric Spradlin, of Jacksboro, age 38, had previously pleaded guilty to Felony Reckless Endangerment, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and the Promotion of Methamphetamine, and was placed on TDOC supervision for seven-years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his seven-year sentence in TDOC custody.
