JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) –  Eight people were found in violation of their supervised release and were remanded to the Tennessee Department of Corrections earlier this week.

Those individuals are:

Jimmy Presnell, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Initiate Process to Manufacture Methamphetamine and Theft Under $500, and was placed on TDOC supervision for 8 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Tommy Lamberson, of Speedwell, had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of Burglary, four counts of Theft Under $500 and Forgery, and was required to serve 90 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 4 years. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Lonnie Dewayne Branam, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Possession of Schedule II Controlled Substance with the Intent to Sell, and was required to serve 31 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 5 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jeremy Lynch, of Knoxville, had previously pleaded guilty to Theft under $1,000, Theft over $1,000 and Failing to Appear, and was required to serve 6 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 5 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Carlo Wilder, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to Failing to Appear, and was required to serve 31 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Rochelle Sue Harrington, of La Follette, had previously pleaded guilty to four counts of Auto Burglary and Vandalism, and was required to serve 38 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 3 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Diana Elliott, of Jellico, had previously pleaded guilty to Sale of Schedule III Controlled Substance, and was required to serve 25 days prior to being placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Brandie M. Braden, of Clinton, had previously pleaded guilty to three counts of Forgery, and was placed on TDOC supervision for 2 years.  She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 11/16/2019-6AM)
