LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – Wednesday morning at La Follette Middle School began on an unnerving note.  At 8:53 am this morning, LMS Principal Sandi Wilson contacted the school’s SRO (School Resource Officer) about a threat of an impending shooting at the school according to a report from the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office.

The Campbell County Central Office Staff was notified of the incident prompting an investigation.  Investigators with the CCSO and CC School System Administrators made quick work of the case.

The investigation quickly revealed the threat to not be credible. As a result, three juveniles are facing charges of Filing a False Report/Bomb threat. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 12/04/2019-2PM)

  1. They need to be sat in a room for a very long time and be made to watch coverage of families that have lost their children to senseless crimes like this. And jail footage of what WILL happen to them in prison. 😡😡😡
