JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- A blue Ford Ranger ran a stop sign and caught the attention of Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Courtney Charles last week.

Charles was traveling on Stone Mill Road approaching Queener Road on Feb. 13 when the truck failed to stop at an intersection. Charles made a traffic stop and spoke with the driver of the vehicle who was identified Arthur Bryant Adkins Jr.                             Adkins allegedly told Charles  he didn’t have a valid driver’s license, according to a report from the sheriff’s department.
A check of his license revealed they were suspended, and this was Adkins’ third offense. Adkins told Charles that he did not have insurance.
Adkins, 22, 274 Vanover Lane, Jacksboro is charged with traffic control device, third offense driving while revoked/suspended and violation of TN financial law.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 2/20/20-6AM)
