JACKSBORO, TN. (WLAF)- The following outstanding criminal court cases were resolved last week with plea agreements:

-Denzoal Earl Shulze- DUI, simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, simple possession of a schedule V controlled substance; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license as dictated by Kentucky law, attend an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, six months review, court costs, $350 fine
-Jack Andrew Young- evading arrest, burglary; 40 days to serve with credit for time served, five years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $2,350 restitution, $125 fine
-Dylan Ray Smith- aggravated domestic assault; three years to serve at 30 percent
-Bobby Lee Heathrely- violation of the sexual offender registry; one year to serve at 30 percent
-William Lewis Carmon, Jr.- theft over $1,000; one year to serve at 30 percent
-Gregory Hugh Walden- attempted possession of a schedule III controlled substance with intent to sell; one year to serve at 30 percent
-David Edward Simpson- third offense DUI, attempted possession of methamphetamine with intent to sell or deliver; two years to serve at 30 percent
-Ashley Danielle Walden- introduction of contraband into a penal facility, leaving the scene of an accident, simple possession of a schedule VI controlled substance, possession of heroin, possession of meth, violation of the financial responsibility law, driving on a suspended license; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, loss of driver’s license per the department of safety, court costs, $1,850 fine, $8,000 restitution
-Frank Chester Ramsey- vandalism $2,500 – $10,000, auto burglary, theft over $10,000, vandalism under $1,000; six years to serve at 30 percent, court costs, four years supervised upon release
-Thurman Ray Marlow – theft under $10,000, possession of a firearm by a convicted felon; four years to serve at 30 percent
-Sonya Lynn Brown- DUI; two days to serve with credit for time served, one year unsupervised probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license as dictated by Kentucky law, attend an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, six months review, court costs, $350 fine
-Zachary Adam Kitts- three counts of theft over $1,000, aggravated burglary; seven days to serve with credit for time served, seven years judicial diversion, seven years supervised probation, complete alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, no contact with the victims, court costs, $225 fine, $2,365 restitution
-Crystal Gale Botts- attempted burglary, criminal trespass; eight days to serve with credit for time served, three years judicial diversion, three years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs
-Rodney Day- possession of a schedule II controlled substance, introduction of contraband into a penal facility; 45 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, court costs, $750 fine
-Randy A. Partin- possession of less than .5 grams of methamphetamine, possession of a weapon by convicted felon; forfeit the weapon and accessories to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office, forfeit seized cash to the Campbell County Sheriff’s Office
-Andy Brad Jones- DUI, possession of schedule IV controlled substance; two days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for one year, attend an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, court costs, $350 fine, periodic drug screens
-Martha Regina Robbins- fourth offense DUI; 150 days to serve with credit for time served, two years supervised probation, attend MADD Impact Panel, loss of driver’s license for eight years, attend an alcohol and drug assessment and follow recommendations, court costs, $3,000 fine, periodic drug screens
-Angel Lee Garcia- aggravated domestic assault; 23 days to serve with credit for time served, six years unsupervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs
-Jason Wayne Chambers- second offense DUI; 60 days to serve with credit for time served, 11 months, 29 days probation, loss of driver’s license for two years, court costs, $600 fine
-Robert Anthony Wayne- assault, possession of schedule II controlled substance with intent to sell; 30 days to serve with credit for time served, no contact with the victim, court costs
-Adam Quinton Albright- theft over $2,500; 90 days to serve with credit for time served, four years supervised probation, no contact with the victim, court costs, $75 fine, $1,000 restitution
