JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – The votes are in and the students at Jacksboro Elementary School have made their voices heard in the naming of the school’s chicken coop.
A total of 369 blue ballots were cast on Monday.
A total of 512 students cast ballots on Monday during the school’s election to decide if the coop should be named Eggs-a-Lot or Castle Coop. Castle of Coop won by a landslide with 369 votes with 143 being cast for Eggs-a-Lot.
