Beulah Marie McIntosh, age 98 of Russellville, Kentucky passed away on Sunday, April 12, 2020. She was born April 3, 1922 in Verda, Ky to the late Wendell and Della Hatmaker Crutchfield. Beulah attended Vicco Baptist Church and loved her family. She is preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Delbert, her daughter, Deborah Hamilton, sisters, Ada Stair, Lorena Amburger, Louise Byrd, brother, Clyde Crutchfield.

Graveside Service: 12:00 Noon, Wednesday, April 15, 2020 at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Lake City, Tn with Rev. Wayne Phillips officiating.
