Governor extends “Stay at Home” policy until April 30

NASHVILLE, TN (WLAF) – Earlier today, Gov. Bill Lee extended Tennessee’s “Stay at Home” order until the end of April.Lee said he plans to begin reopening the state’s economy in May adding that it is clear that the state’s economy cannot stay shut down for many more months.

The governor encouraged Tennesseans to continue to practice social distancing.  Lee noted that Tennessee is working on getting widespread testing available in the state.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 04/13/2020-6PM)
