CHATTANOOGA, TN (WLAF) – The East Brainard area of Chattanooga is where an eight-man crew of the La Follette Utilities Board continues to help restore power after Sunday’s EF-3 tornado that ripped through the community.

Traffic slows down to one lane as LUB crew members work to get the lights back on in Chattanooga.
