LA FOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The City of La Follette is reopening its flea market on Friday, May 22, behind the police station. Gov. Bill Lee is allowing another phase of reopening on that date.

However, you are still required to practice social distancing.  The City is asking everyone that sets up to leave one spot between each vendor and that customers not gather in crowds larger than 10 people in one place at the flea market.

The City of La Follette has been contacted by the health department, and health department officials are asking everyone who comes to the flea market to wear a mask.  If they don’t have a mask, the health deptartment has sent a box of masks to the City.  LJ Seiber, who takes care of the flea market for the City will have masks to give to people who don’t have a mask.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 05/21/2020-11AM)
