NASHVILLE, TN (WLAF) – The number of COVD-19 cases in Campbell County remained at 17 for weeks with 16 of those patients having recovered. However, in the Saturday report from the State Department of Health, one new COVID-19 case was reported in Campbell County. Results through Monday from 1,451 COVID-19 tests in Campbell County have come back negative through Sunday. There has been one death reported from COVID-19 in Campbell County.
Across Tennessee, the Tennessee Department of Health reports 367 people have died from complications due to the Coronavirus as of Monday afternoon. That’s three more deaths since Sunday. Additionally, 1,767 patients have been hospitalized.
As of Monday afternoon’s report, 23,554 tests (up 548 from Sunday) have come back positive for the virus out of 448,493 tests. The number of patients who have recovered from the virus totals 15,564.
