Warming Shelter opens Tuesday at 7 pm

Tuesday's CCHS basketball games moved to Feb. 11

Tuesday night's CCHS basketball games with Central are postponed until Tuesday, Feb 11 at Brown Gym.

Ivey sentenced to 36 years in prison

Vernon Lee Ivey was sentenced to prison on Monday.

JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) - On Monday, Vernon Lee Ivey, La Follette, was sentenced to  36 years to be served in the custody of the Tennessee Department of Correction. 


Dilbeck and road crews "at the ready" for Tuesday night snow and sleet

Five taken to the hospital from three car wreck

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) - A multi-vehicle mishap sent several people to the La Follette Medical Center early Saturday afternoon.


Faithway continues to move forward after flood; rebuild begins today.

On Friday night, June 7, 2019, the Faithway Assembly of God Church, on East Central Avenue was under water following what some describe as a 200-year flood.  The cleanup process for Faithway Church has taken six months.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) - Six months ago, Faithway Assembly of God was under water.

Today, the church is on its way to a full recovery.  And the rebuild begins today, according to Pastor Steve Bruce.
