Betty Fay Morgan Wier, age 78, of Jacksboro passed away Wednesday, June 27, 2018.  She was a member of Jacksboro United Methodist Church and a retired RN.  Betty was funny, cool and strong.  She loved people, especially children and made everyone she met smile and laugh.   Preceded in death by husband, Robert Presley Wier; son, Robert Gerald Wier; parents, James A & Katie Looney Morgan; sister, Janice Kay Morgan Hammitt
