On July 23, Eighth Judicial Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

Jonathan Taylor Baker, Jacksboro, had previously pled guilty to two counts of theft over $1,000, and received a suspended sentence of four years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his four year sentence in TDOC custody.

Brittany Marie Buress, Knoxville, had previously pled guilty to attempted introduction of contraband into a penal facility, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Gary Monroe Cox, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to promotion of manufacture of methamphetamine, and received a suspended sentence of three years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

Kelly Marie Martin, Jacksboro, had previously pled guilty to attempted introduction of contraband into a penal facility, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.

Jessica Owens, LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to attempted aggravated burglary and resisting arrest, and received a suspended sentence of two years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her two year sentence in TDOC custody.
