On September 4, 2018, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

William Franklin Cox, of Jellico, had previously pled guilty to Auto Buglary, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Ryan Daniel Currier, of LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to two counts of Theft over $1000, Resisting Arrest, and Possession of a Schedule II Controlled Substance, and received a suspended sentence of 8 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Justin L. McIntosh, of Rocky Top, had previously pled guilty to Theft over $1000, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Chastity Slayback, of LaFollette, had previously pled guilty to Filing a False Report, and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.
