Florence could influence our weather by late Saturday

Campbell County will not get the best of Florence.  But it will likely get some of what’s left of the powerful hurricane.  We will likely see rain developing late Saturday night with heavy rainfall at times along with strong wind gusts through early Monday.  The remnants of Florence are moving very slowly, and the timing of the arrival of the rain and wind is subject to change.

Expect a very warm and muggy evening for the Cougars football game at Gibbs on Friday night.  It’ll be breezy at times.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 09/14/2018-6AM)
