Seventeen-year old Mackenzie Baird (PHOTO ABOVE) has been missing since lunch time last Thursday (10/18/2018).  Authorities tell WLAF that the teen has run away.   The Campbell County High School student left the CCHS campus and has been on the run.  If you know where Mackenzie is or have seen her, Sheriff Robbie Goins asks you to call him at 423.562.8095.

WLAF has been asked why it was not informed sooner by law enforcement, and the reason is, Baird is a run away.  In fact, she ran from sheriff’s deputies at a Cherry Bottom home over the weekend.

Officials tell WLAF that Baird has not been abducted and is not in danger.  Generally, when a teen runs away, media is not notified.

Mackenzie is five-feet, one inches tall and weighs 100-pounds, has hazel eyes and brown hair.  She is a female Caucasian and wears braces. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/22/2018-12:45PM)  (UPDATE – WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 10/22/2018-6:30PM)
