New Horizon Baptist Church members, former members and friends gathered Sunday, Nov. 18, to celebrate the church’s 20-year anniversary and also to honor the family of Rev. Jim Wilcox.

Wilcox founded the church.  He was also its first pastor.

There were serious moments and happy times told by Paul Cordell and Don Payne.  Jim would have enjoyed it all.  He would also be glad to know that his vision continues with missions at home and abroad, people accepting Christ and many baptisms in the past 20 years.
