Wlaf1450Benjamin Clifton McCulley, age 83 of LaFollette departed this life Wednesday, December 19, 2018. He was a retired TSGT in the United States Air Force.
Benjamin was loved by many and will be missed by family and friends. He told many stories of his adventures and travels in life and his family enjoyed listening to all of them.
He is preceded in death by wife Annie (Mackay) McCulley; parents Verlin and Virgie (Farris) McCulley; brothers Verlin McCulley Jr., and Oneal McCulley.
He is survived by son David McCulley of LaFollette, daughter Vivian Justice & husband Tony of Tennessee; sisters Arkie Brown of LaFollette, Minnie Thompson of LaFollette, Bonnie Lou Riggs & husband Danny of LaFollette, Billie Ann Bolton & husband Lee of Andersonville, Mary Lee Hicks & husband Tony of LaFollette, Mollie Ivey & husband Arnold of LaFollette, Dollie Snyder of Strawberry Plains, Wilma Coil of Georgia, Nancy Glenn & husband Ronnie of South Carolina; grandchild Kevin Lotts of Murfreesboro, TN.; a host of nieces, nephews, family & friends.
Visitation will be 6-8 PM Saturday, December 22, 2018 in the chapel of Martin Wilson Funeral Home followed by funeral service at 8 PM. Friends and family will meet
1 :15 PM Sunday, December 23, 2018 at Martin Wilson Funeral Home to go in procession to Powell Valley Cemetery for the 2 PM interment.
