Atha E. Webber, age 97 of Clinton, formerly of Lake City, passed away on December 19, 2018 surrounded by her family.  She was a woman of tremendous faith who always put her family and friends first.  Her greatest joy was attending church, teaching Sunday School and spending time with her family and friends.  She was preceded in death by husbands:  Earnest (Cap) Leach, Kenneth L. Webber, Son:  Donald Leach, Brother: Ralph Cooper and parents:  George and Ruby Cooper.  Survivors:  Daughter: Linda Wilson, Daughter-in-Law, Carole Leach, Grandchildren:  Kent Wilson (Josie), Randy Wilson, Dale Leach (Jill), Darrell Leach (Kim), Darren Leach (Ginger), Great Grandchildren: Dustin Leach (Rebecca), Ashley Leach, Taylor Spradlin, Nakoma Devaney, Jordan Oakes; Great-great grandchildren: Sophia, Dane, and Sadie; Nieces:  JoLynn Cooper, Carol Nichols and their families as well as other relatives.  We would like to extend a special “Thank  You” to NHC Nursing Facility in Oak Ridge and their staff.  A very special “Thank You” to her caregiver while at home, Teresa Taylor, her therapist, Anthony Hill,  and Kim Leach and Teresa Parks and Vernell Willis. A memorial service will be held on Friday, December 28, at Main Street Baptist Church in Rocky Top with visitation from 6-7 with service beginning at 7:00.  Services will be conducted by Rev. Wayne Phillips of Main Street.   In lieu of flowers please send donations to Main Street Baptist Church Building Fund.  Hatmakers in Rocky Top are in charge of arrangements.
