Lyndsay Craw has been indicted on the sole count of first-degree murder in the stabbing death of her boyfriend, Billy Partin, Jr.

The 30- year-old Craw (in top photo) has been out on $100,000 bail since December, shortly after the crime took place.

Craw and Partin were living together when she allegedly stabbed him on a Saturday night (December 8, 2018) around 9 pm at their home at 814 S. Cumberland Ave. in LaFollette.

LaFollette Police Department reports detailed that Partin had been stabbed in the chest with a knife. He was transported by EMS to LaFollette Medical Center where he died later that night from his wounds.

In the event Craw is convicted of first degree murder, she could face life in prison, life in prison without the possibility of parole or the death sentence, according to state law. If prosecutors seek the death penalty, they would have to serve a notice of their intent. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/07/2019-6AM)
