La Follette Utilities’ print vendor has sent out one cycle of LUB bills in envelopes with another utility’s return address.  Officials with LUB explain “these are the bills that are due the last Tuesday of each month.”  This batch was sent out in envelopes labeled “City of Burlington” from Burlington, NC.  That is the only error/difference in these bills.  The bills and the return envelopes inside are correct.  LUB apologizes for any confusion created by this incident.

The areas included, but not limited to, are Davis Chapel, Coolidge, Sugar Hollow, Cedar Creek, Alder Springs, Deerfield, Powell Valley Resort & Shores, Flat Hollow, Straight Branch, and other areas along the Valley.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 03/13/2019-6AM)
