On Monday, April 29, 2019, Campbell Criminal Court Judge E. Shayne Sexton found the following individuals in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:Denzil Russ Partin, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to two counts of Aggravated Assault and received a suspended sentence of 16 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 16 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Earnest Fuston, of Jacksboro, had previously plead guilty to Forgery and received a suspended sentence of 2 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Adam Corey Claxton, of Knoxville, had previously plead guilty to Aggravated Burglary, Burglary, and Auto Burglary and received a suspended sentence of 6 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 6 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Brian James Hall, of Caryville, had previously plead guilty to Theft of Property over $10,000 and received a suspended sentence of 4 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 4 year sentence in TDOC custody.

George Clayton Douglas, of Jellico, had previously plead guilty to Theft under $1,000, four counts of Assault, and Auto Burglary and received a suspended sentence of 3 years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Christopher Jamey Lane, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Theft over $10,000 and received a suspended 8 year sentence supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 8 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Terry Muncey, of Andersonville, had previously plead guilty to Promotion of Methamphetamine and received a suspended 2 year sentence supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

William Franklin Cox, of Jellico, had previously plead guilty to Auto Burglary and received a suspended 2 year sentence supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Nancy Hurst, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Introduction of Contraband into a Penal Institution, Theft under $1,000, and DUI and received a suspended 3 year sentence supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 3 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Raven Lela Roberts, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Auto Burglary, Reckless Endangerment, Public Inotoxication, and Possession of Sch. II Controlled Substance and received a suspended 2 year sentence supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 2 year sentence in TDOC custody.

Nancy Hurst, of LaFollette, had previously plead guilty to Attempt to Initiate the Manufacture of Methamphetamine, Felony Possession of Drug Paraphernalia and received a suspended 5 year sentence supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of her release and was sentenced to serve her 5 year sentence in TDOC custody.
