Days are getting warmer and longer and family reunion announcements are starting to be called in to WLAF.  Dennis Shepherd (top photo) stopped by WLAF on Thursday with his family reunion info.  Dennis said he married into this reunion 48 years ago when he married Donna, and the reunion has been going on much longer than that.  It’s the Ben McCullah and Allen Reunion set for Sunday, June 2, at Cove Lake State Park, Shelter 1.  Lunch begins at 12:30 pm.

He adds that the day’s event stretches out to three or four hours, and that usually 75 to 100 people attend.  Fellowship, fun and fond memories are shared as everyone catches up.
