JACKSBORO, TN (WLAF) – On Monday, June 17, the following individuals were found to be in violation of their supervised release and remanded them to Tennessee Department of Corrections (TDOC) custody:

-Barry Dewayne Williams, age 20 of Claiborne Road – LaFollette, had previously pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary and received a suspended sentence of three years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his three year sentence in TDOC custody.

-Steven Hill, 39, of Sharp Drive – Lake City, had previously pleaded guilty to aggravated burglary, forgery, two counts of theft under $500 and driving on a suspended license and received a suspended sentence of five years supervised by TDOC. He was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve his five year sentence in TDOC custody.

-Angela Denise Lay, age 43, of Shady Pine Lane – Newcomb, had previously pleaded guilty to aggravated domestic assault and received a suspended sentence of four years supervised by TDOC. She was found guilty of violating the terms of his release and was sentenced to serve her four year sentence in TDOC custody.  (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 06/24/2019-6AM)
