Howard Vanover, age 80, of Jacksboro, passed away Tuesday, July 9, 2019.  He was a member of Mt Paran Baptist Church, the United Mine Workers, and a US Army veteran.  Preceded in death by parents, Leslie Darrel and Maxie Mullins Vanover; brother, Roger Vanover; sister, Sheila Webb; brother-in-law, David Webb
