LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – An Ohio man continues recovering this morning following a Friday afternoon Jet Ski accident on Norris Lake.  The collision, that seriously injured one of two men involved, happened around 2:30 pm near the Cedar Creek Bridge.An official with the TWRA said the accident happened when the personal watercraft (Jet Ski aka PWC) 31-year- old David Weaver was operating collided with another PWC in the peninsula area of Norris Lake here in Campbell County.

TWRA Officers said 31-year- old Daniel J. Hester and Weaver, both from Huber Heights, Ohio, were operating separate PWCs behind a pontoon boat when the collision occurred.  Weaver received serious injuries to his left lower leg and was airlifted to a Knoxville hospital.
