PIONEER, TN (WLAF) – A woman came home, started breaking things and ended up in jail.On Friday evening, Campbell County Sheriff’s Deputy Dakota Williams answered a call in Pioneer about a domestic disturbance. Dispatch told Williams  a woman had come home and started breaking things inside the home. When he arrived, he could hear arguing inside the home.

Once Williams was inside the home, Heather Beulah McKenzie-Pack came into the room from the hallway screaming and acting belligerent, according to the report. She was told to step outside onto the porch, and the victim was told to sit down on the couch and calm down. At this point, Pack allegedly told Williams to “f*** off.” She then became irate and started yelling at the victim saying, “I can’t believe you called the cops.” Pack was told to turn around and place her hands behind her back that she was being detained.  She allegedly continued cussing and screaming while Williams was walking her to the patrol car.  As she was walking off the porch, she spit on the victim.  Pack told Williams that he would have to make her get into the vehicle.  When he tried to put her into the patrol car, she kicked him in the left shin. He used pepper spray to make her comply, and she did by getting into the patrol car.

Williams went back and spoke with the victim who said Pack had come home after being gone for two days and had started cussing the him as soon as she came through the door. She then allegedly starting breaking items inside their home. The victim stated he locked himself in the bedroom so he could call 911. That’s when Pack kicked the door in breaking the lock and door frame. The victim stated they rented the property. He continued to explain that Pack knocked over the dresser, ripped spindles out of the wall and threw all the kitchen cabinet drawers onto the floor.

Pack, 31, 488 Aaron Baird Road, Pioneer is charged with vandalism, aggravated assault by domestic violence and assault on a police officer. (WLAF NEWS PUBLISHED – 08/01/2019-6AM)
