‘I love Lacy’ – missing dog owner

Lacy, the dog, is missing from the Valley View area.

LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – The owners of blue tick beagle Lacy really want her back home, and they’re asking for your help.   Lacy was last seen in the front yard of her owner’s home which is behind Judy’s Grocery up the valley.  Even though Lacy’ s name tag was missing, she was still wearing a red collar.
