A collision in Caryville on Thursday sent two to the hospital and left one woman facing charges for driving on a revoked license. 

CARYVILLE, TN (WLAF) – A traffic collision in Caryville sent two people to the hospital on Thursday and left one woman facing criminal charges. According to Caryville Police Chief Brian Keeton, the collision occurred on Jan. 2 at around 3:16 p. m. at the Highway 25 and Queener Road intersection.

This is the Ford Ranger police say Michelle Smith was driving.

C.H. Baird was traveling west on Highway 25 when the Ford Ranger driven by Michelle Smith pulled out from Queener Road into traffic causing Baird to make contact with the driver side of her vehicle. Both drivers had to be transported to the LaFollette Emergency Room with injuries, but both parties have been released.
