LAFOLLETTE, TN (WLAF) – This week’s featured Good Samaritan is Manuel Mesa (photo above.) Mesa is the executive director of the Campbell Culture Coalition. Manuel’s presence within the county brings together art and history.    He is well known for his hard work and dedication with the Louie Bluie Festival, as well as his  creativity and integration for youth and adult community art projects. The leadership and passion Manuel brings to the forefront of this community makes him a Good Samaritan.

  1. The Campbell Culture Coalition has done amazing community programming for over a decade and is immensely proud of the fact that ALL community programs are offered Free to the community. Believing that art should in no way be available to those with spare money in their pockets: Art for ALL, Always!
