Mr. Charles “Cotton” Young

Age 74 of Lafollette, Tennessee passed away Friday, January 24, 2020 at the Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge, Tennessee.  He was born July 18, 1945 in Williamsburg, Kentucky.
